Red Barn Preschool Brick Sales

Red Barn Preschool will be continuing our Brick sales though May 1st. All proceeds will go to cover the additional expenses incurred during the renovation of our new home. The bricks will be placed as a walkway to the front door of the school.

The cost is $50.00.

Our new location is almost completed!!!!! The transformation has been amazing.
Our new location is 396 NE Pierce, Estacada.
We are now located on the street the goes behind the High School football stadium and Clackamas River Elementary. We are very excited. Photos coming soon.

Preschool update 8-27-11

Red Barn Members, Alumni & Friends,

Have you driven by 396 NE Pierce lately??? What a transformation.
With school starting just a week and a half away we need your help and support.
We have completed all of the required items from Clackamas County and The City of Estacada, so we are putting on the final touches and getting ready to move in.
Here is how you can help:
• Moving of all our equipment from storage at the Ackerman’s home will begin tomorrow, Sunday, Aug 29, please contact Caryn if you can help 503-863-7679.
• Cleaning and organizing the shed at the new school and moving stuff from the old location into the new location, call T. Michele if you can help 503-630-7856.
• Assembling play structure at new location, call T. Julie if you can help 503-631-7318
• Assembling swing set when the rest of the parts arrive
• Staining interior window & door trim
• Replacing front porch decking, call T. Julie if you can help
• Seal and wax vinyl tile
• Move bike shed from old location to new
• Move Teacher storage shed from old location to new
• Washing windows inside and out

Front fence will be installed soon
Playground chips will be delivered Monday morning.

House update 7/18

To Members, Alumni & Friends of Red Barn Preschool,

Items needed:
Lower kitchen cabinets (1set drawers, 1 corner cabinet & 1 sink cabinet)
Countertops
Stove
Stove hood
Refrigerator
Replacement lattice for top of fence
Gutters
Playground chips (2loads donated but we will still need more)
Large cyclone gate for play yard
Replacement railroad tie

Help needed:
Haul off trailer & burn debris
Reload trailer & burn debris
Play yard raked & all debris removed
Side & back fence repaired
Interior window & door trim pained (will be ready soon)
Cabinets installed
All carpets cleaned
New swing set assembled & installed (will be ordered soon)
Playground equipment moved (fire pole structure)

Thank you Colton family for siding replacement, Pesznecker family for carpet & vinyl flooring installation, Dower & Ackerman families for shed removal and those of you who have stopped in and lent a hand.
There are so many little things that will need to be done as the start of school gets closer. WE really need everyone’s help to complete this project prior to September.

WE have awesome Hummdinger Kettle Korn for sale $3 a small bag, $6 a large bag. We have permission to sell at Thrftway & True Value but need people to do it. Call Terra at 503-329-4807 if you can help with Kettle Korn.
We also have cool flashing necklaces and glow necklaces leftover from the 4th of July booth available for sale.

There will be a benefit rummage sale August 5 & 6 at 404 SW Elm Rd. Corner of Elm (1 blk west of signal) & Hwy 224. Please contact Sandy at 503-630-5823 if you have quality items to donate. Please call Somona at 503-637-3691 or Alex at 503-442-8977 if you can help with the rummage sale.
